On Dec. 8, Mr Tianwen Huang lead a group visiting Ma Steel and signed a strategic cooperative agreement. Mr Keqi Wang, President’s assistant, and the persons in charge of President’s Office, Management and Development Dept., Sinosteel Trading, Sinosteel Raw Materials, Sinosteel Iron & Steel, Sinosteel Engineering, Sinosteel Shipping, Sinosteel Investment and Sinosteel Tendering accompanied the president on the visit.
During the discussion, on behalf of Ma Steel, Mr Jianguo Gu, general manager of Ma Steel and chairman of Ma Steel, extended his welcome to the visit of Mr Huang.
On behalf of Sinosteel, Mr Huang, expressed his sincere thanks for the support and cooperation in business from Ma Steel to Sinosteel. Afterwards, he introduced Sinosteel’s regulation of the operating structure, the raise of the overall quality of the operators, the practice of professional administration and international strategy and gradual realization of eight main business parts. Mr Huang sincerely hoped that through further cooperation, Sinosteel and Ma Steel make up each other’s shortcomings and realize mutual benefit and win-win situation.
Mr Gu introduced the work in Ma Steel in the sectors of strengthening on iron and steel industry, developing non-ferrous industry and setting up modern enterprise system, he also believed that through the signing of strategic cooperative agreement between both sides, cooperation will be further promoted.
On the signing ceremony, first Mr Tianwen Huang and Mr Jianguo Gu signed the Sinosteel-Ma Steel Strategic Cooperative Agreement. Afterwards, Mr Yi Li, general manager of Sinosteel Trading Company, and Mr Ke Lu, general manager of Ma Steel International Trading Company signed Sinosteel- Ma Steel Long-Term Sale and Purchase Agreement of Channar Iron Ore Mine.
