On the evening of July 27, Sinosteel Corporation and Nanjing Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd. held strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony. Mr. Huang Tianwen and Mr. Yang Siming signed on the agreement on behalf of each party. Heads of Finance and Assets Dept., Sinosteel Trading, Sinosteel Raw Materials, Sinosteel Iron & Steel, Sinosteel Engineering, Sinosteel Shipping and Sinosteel Tendering also attended the signing ceremony.
On the ceremony, president Huang Tianwen and General Manager Yang Siming delivered speeches on behalf of each side, congratulated on the successful signing of the strategic cooperation agreement, expressed the wish to consolidate deep-level and extensive cooperation, so as to realize win-win and co-development.
Nanjing Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd. was established on August 2003, mainly produces medium plate, bar and high speed wire rod with a comprehensive production capacity of 4.5 million tons of steel, 4 million tons of iron and 4.5 million tons of steel products.
