On the morning of February 4, President Huang Tianwen met with the Shenyang delegation led by Liaoning Provincial Standing Committee, Municipal Party Committee Secretary Zeng Wei in Sinosteel headquarter. Both parties exchanged in-depth views on the issues of related cooperation.Firstly President Huang warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed his sincere gratitude to the concern, support and help from Shenyang Party Committee and Government for all these years. He introduced Sinosteel’ s developing history, enterprise orientation, development strategic, five industries, strategic cooperation, developing goals, and effectively measures taken by Sinosteel to deal with the world financial crisis. He said that Sinosteel has made good beginning of cooperation in relevant fields, with progressing smoothly and satisfactory results. Both parties should further promote the existing project and strive to realize economic benefit as soon as possible. Meanwhile, explore new cooperation opportunities, consolidate and expand cooperation result, so as to realize mutual benefit and win-win development.
Secretary Zeng Wei expressed that this trip to Sinosteel, he made a further understanding of Sinosteel. He also summarized Shenyang’ s economic and social development over the past year, and the industrial restructuring planning in the future. He said Shenyang has huge potential in economic development with good environment, he hopes Sinosteel will increase its investment in Shenyang, so as to realize mutual benefit between central enterprise and local economic, common development.
