On the morning of February 6, President Huang Tianwen met with Laibin delegation led by Mayor Yang Herong, both parties exchanged in-dept views on the issues of common interests.Firstly President Huang warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed his sincere gratitude to the support from Laibin Party Committee and Government for all these years. He introduced effectively measures taken by Sinosteel to deal with the world financial crisis, and stressed that in deal with the crisis, Sinosteel will not miss any opportunities, oriented long-term goals of construct enterprise bigger and stronger, pay close attention to explore and implementation, promote the progress of the projects.
Mayor Yang also introduced Laibin’ s economic development in 2008, meanwhile, he was admired on the achievement made by Sinosteel with its deal with the world financial crisis, look to further increase of Sinosteel‘ s development potential on the next round of economic take-off. The related projects progressing smoothly between Sinosteel and Laibin, he hopes that Sinosteel will grasp the historical opportunities and speed up the projects process, so as to realize mutual benefit between central enterprise and local economic, common development.
The entourage also included Vice Mayor Li Xinyuan and heads from related departments of Laibin Government.
