On October 11, 2004, Mr Lin He, vice president of Sinosteel Corporation headed the group to visit Tonghua Iron & Steel Group.
During the visit, talks were held between Mr Lin He and Mr Yi Sun, vice general manager of Tonghua Steel. Their discussion was stressed on mutual strategic cooperation and the cooperating fields, and they got to a common view: willing to make full use of each other’s advantages, unremittingly strengthen on and expand the business cooperation, set up long-term steady and cooperative strategic partnership relations, and realize the aim of making up each other’s shortcomings, mutual benefit and mutual development. A strategic cooperative agreement was also signed.
