Since the enterprise has been reorganized in Sinosteel Corporation for 8 years, the enterprise’s net assets increasing from RMB100 million to RMB 2 billion, the total assets increasing from RMB 1.4 billion to RMB 5.2 billion and asset liability ratio dropping from nearly 100% to 62%; Roll production is equivalent to the sum of the previous 48 years and nearly 50% of the steel is rolled by SinoSteel Xingtai Machinery & Mill Roll CO., Ltd every year; The scale of production and marketing is more than the sum of the roll enterprises ranking second and third in the world; Mr. Xue turns a bankrupt enterprise to be the world’s roller professional R & D and manufacturing with largest output, the highest market share and powerful capital strength, creating a miracle in the history in the roll industry.
Mr. Xue actively promotes the scientific development and creatively establishes the function valuation of new business models to enable enterprise to shift from production to production-service oriented, which is widely welcomed by the major iron and steel enterprises and customers, accounting for nearly 50% in domestic market and 15% in the global market; vigorously implement fine production and the main products quality rank the leading level in the world; vigorously promote the integration of industrialization and informatization, the enterprise is identified as the standard enterprise by the State Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Mr. Xue directly pushes the innovation system; in the past 8 years, the enterprise has produced a total of 116,000 innovations and the economic benefit more than RMB 400 million, established a roll R&D platform opening to the global and maintained a leading position of Chinese roll enterprises in the world; high value-added products output value has increased from 12.8% to 53% and the new product development cycle has reduced from five to ten years to less than one year.
