Sinosteel Beginning Managing Sinosteel Luoyang Refractory Co., Ltd.

On Dec. 20, Sinosteel Luoyang Refractory Co., Ltd. convened the general middle-level cadre conference. President Mr. Huang Tianwen attended the conference and delivered an important speech. Over 190 people including Sinosteel vice president Mr. Jiang Hong, party vice secretary Mr. Shao Dianxiang, vice director of Luoyang Municipal Organizing Committee Mr. Li Pingjun, director of Luoyang SASAC Mr. Tang Chao and personnel from Human Resources Dept., Development and Management Dept., Sinosteel Investment and Sinosteel Luoyang attended the conference.On the conference, on behalf of Sinosteel Corporation, vice secretary Mr. Shao Dianxiang declared the new board, party committee and management group of Sinosteel Luoyang Refractory Co., Ltd. Vice president Mr. Jiang Hong was assigned as the chairman of the board; Mr. Yang Hongzhi was recommended as the general manager and the legal representative; Mr. Li Yong, Mr. Bo Jun and Mr. Ren Zhanwen as the vice general manager; Mr. Yang Hongzhi as the party secretary; Mr. Ma Xianghong and Mr. Chen Wenyan as the deputy secretary and Mr. Ma Xianghong as the secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection.
