On the afternoon of April 11, 2007, President Huang Tianwen met the Australian new Ambassador to China H.E. Geoff Raby and his delegation in Sinosteel headquarters.
President Huang warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed his sincere gratitude. He said that Sinosteel has kept friendly relationship with Australian Embassy in Beijing, and also expressed his sincere gratitude to the support from Australian Embassy in operating development.
President Huang expressed that Sinosteel would like to further expand and strengthen on the communication and cooperation with Australian Embassy on the existed cooperation foundation so as to promote the two national friendship and sensation, and create belfries to the two national economic development prosperity.
H.E. Geoff Raby said Sinosteel is an enviable enterprise that has his own great advantages in resources development, he welcomes to Sinosteel’s exploitation resources in Australia, and wishes Sinosteel expand his investment in new fields, Australian Embassy will actively provide his concern and support.
Before the meeting, H.E. Geoff Raby visited Sinosteel exhibition room in spirits and cheerly inscribed the words, accompanied by President Huang Tianwen.
Sinosteel Vice President Jiang Hong, heads of President’s Office, International Cooperation Dept. also attended the meeting and the visitation.
