On the morning of April 11, 2007, Sinosteel Corporation (Sinosteel) and Nanchang Engineering & Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals (NERIN) signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Sinosteel President Huang Tianwen and NERIN President Chen Junqing signed the agreement on behalf of each party.
The establishment of strategic cooperation partnership between Sinosteel and NERIN will effectively exert each other’s advantages and further consolidate extensive, all-round and deep cooperation to make up each other’s shortcomings, sharing resources, cooperate with innovation, and promote sound and fast development of our national mining and related industry.
Before the signing ceremony, President Chen Junqing visited Sinosteel exhibition room, and communicated with President Huang Tianwen on the related cooperations.
Sinosteel Vice President Jiang Hong, heads of President’s Office, Development & Management Dept., Mining Corporation, and Binhai Industry Corporation also attended the signing ceremony.
