On the morning of April 12, 2007, Sinosteel Corporation (Sinosteel) and Changzhou Zenith Steel Co., Ltd. (Zenith) signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Sinosteel President Huang Tianwen and Zenith Board Chairman, President Dong Caiping signed the agreement on behalf of each party.
Before the signing ceremony, President Huang Tianwen had a communication with Board Chairman Dong Caiping. President Huang introduced Sinosteel strategic orientation, core business, the five industries, strategic cooperation, overseas operating, and the sales income in the recent two years. Sinosteel would like to mutual benefit relationship with Zenith.
Board Chairman Dong Caiping also introduced Zenith general situation, operating development, Zenith wishes on the further strengthen cooperation and support from Sinosteel.
