On Jan. 20, 2006, the signing ceremony of Xingtai Mill Roll (Group) Co., Ltd. Property Right Transferring Framework Agreement and Property Right Assigning Agreement was held in Shijiazhuang Hebei Assembly Hall. Vice governor of Hebei Province Mr. Fu Shuangjian, other leaders from the Hebei government, Xingtai mayor Mr. Jiang Deguo and other leaders, Sinosteel president Mr. Huang Tianwen, vice president Mr. Wang Zhenwu, Party vice sectary Mr. Shao Dianxiang, chief accountant Mr. Liu Andong and other leaders attended the signing ceremony.Equipment manufacture is one of the core businesses of Sinosteel set by SASAC. Sinosteel has been raising its R & D capability in the field of equipment manufacture through merging and acquisition, technique import and investing in construction.
It is good for the regional economic development of Hebei Province, raising the core competence of Sinosteel, consolidating the strength of Xingtai Mill Roll (Group) Co., Ltd. and accelerating its development.
