Sinosteel Corporation, Sinosteel Trading and other six subsidiaries in Beijing which including Sinosteel Trading Company, Sinosteel Raw Materials Company, Sinosteel Iron & Steel Company, Sinosteel Equipment & Engineering Company, Sinosteel Investment Company, Sinosteel Shipping & Forwarding Company, Sinosteel Assets Administration Company, Ltd. were canceled their tax registrations in Beijing Dongcheng District on December 6, 2007, and then on the same day, they own their new tax registrations ID in Beijing Haidian District. Since December 6, 2007, the above eight companies were transferred their tax registrations from Dongcheng District to Haidian District, the first six digit of taxpayer ID “110101” were no longer in use, the first six digit of the new taxpayer ID ”110108” is started in use. Please notice for all suppliers discharge invoice with the new taxpayer ID Number. The above eight companies’ businesses are not changed. Members as of right, economic property and heads offices are not changed.
