On the afternoon of December 7, Bureau of In_house Logistics of SASAC signed the “Gratis Transfer of State-Owned Property Rights Agreement” with Sinosteel. Sinosteel President Huang Tianwen, SASAC Bureau of In_house Logistics Director Zhang Dongquan delivered speeches on the signing ceremony, and signed on the agreement on behalf of each party. Member of SASAC CPC Committee, Secretary of the Party of Bureau of In_house Logistics Li Shousheng also delivered a keynote speech. There were over a hundred people attended the signing ceremony, which including heads of related departments of SASAC, Sinosteel Vice President Li Zhimin, Vice Secretary of the Party Shao Dianxiang, Chief Accountant Liu Andong, members of transfer office, and heads of related departments.
Before the signing ceremony, all the relatives’ leaders had a formal meeting. President Huang introduced Sinosteel‘ s developing thought, which is surround on “a brand, two goals, three core businesses, four stratagems, and five production bases”. After the signing ceremony, all the attendees visited Sinosteel exhibition room.
