On March 2, 2005, Sinosteel Corporation and China Everbright Bank Signed the Bank-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement.
Before the Signing, on behalf of Sinosteel, Mr. Tianwen Huang expressed his gratitude to the support from China Everbright Bank (CEB) for all these years. He also briefly introduced the present operating and managing structure in Sinosteel, and extended the wish to keep and further the bank-enterprise cooperating relations.
Mr. Huayu Zhang, director of the CEB headquarters, said that Sinosteel Corporation is the CEB’s cooperating partner for many years and both sides cooperated smoothly. In 2004, Sinosteel readjusted its operating strategy in accordance with the macroscopic economic situation and the demands of Market Economy, and realized great economic increase. All these lay a sound foundation for the ensurement of CEB authorization & credit. CEB would like to cooperate with Sinosteel to further develop and consolidate bank-enterprise cooperation, further expand the authorization & credit fields and provide more help and financial support for Sinsoteel development.
Afterwards, Mr. Tianwen Huang and Mr. Huayu Zhang signed the Bank-Enterprise Cooperation Agreement.
Sinosteel vice president Lin He, Mrs. Xiaoqing Wu, Deputy Chief Accountant, people from President’s Office, Accounting and Finance Dept., Sinosteel Trading, Sinosteel Raw Materials, Sinosteel Iron & Steel, Sinosteel Shipping and Sinsoteel Engineering also attended the signing ceremony.
