On the morning of December 26, Sinosteel Corporation signed cooperation agreement with Cangzhou Government in Sinosteel headquarters. On the signing ceremony, Sinosteel President Huang Tianwen, Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee Secretary Guo Hua delivered speeches, then President Huang Tianwen and Acting Mayor Liu Xueku signed the bilateral cooperation agreement. Sinosteel vice President Li Zhimin, Vice Secretary, secretary of the commission of discipline Ms. Yang Yaqin, Vice Secretary Shao Dianxiang, Chief Accountant Liu Andong, and heads of relative functional departments, subsidiary companies; Cang Zhou Standing Committee of the NPC Deputy Director Zhao Weichun, Municipal CPPCC Chairperson Cai Hua, Municipal Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee, Municipal Governor Deputy Vice Mayor Zhang Yu, Municipal Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee, Political-Legal Committee Secretary Zhou Aimin, Municipal Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee, Cangzhou Government Vice Mayor Song Wenxin, and Cangzhou Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, Cangzhou Municipal Bureau of State Land and Resources, Cangzhou Municipal Commission of Urban Planning, Cangzhou Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau and heads of relatives Government department, more than sixty people attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, with the support from the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Sinosteel would like to fully exert its advantages in capital, resources, market, international management and talent, further efficiency integrate advantages of Cangzhou in its situation, investment environment, so as to build industry base in Huang Hua harbor economic technique exploitation area. Meanwhile, Sinosteel would like further explore and promote in expand and consolidate the communication and cooperation with Cangzhou Municipal Government to promote the local economic development and create belfries to the regional economic prosperity.
Before the signing ceremony, the delegation led by Secretary Guo Hua and Acting Mayor Liu Xueku visited Sinosteet Exhibition Room accompanied by President Huang Tianwen and leaders of corporation and relatives department also attended the meeting.
