On December 29, the signing ceremony of framework agreement of reform Jilin Ferroalloy Corporation Limited held in Changchun of Jilin province. Sinosteel President Huang Tianwen, Vice President Jiang Hong, Chief Accountant Liu Andong and Jilin Government Vice Governor Niu Haijun attended the signing ceremony.
The ceremony was presiding by Jilin State-Owned Assets Supervision Director Xiao Wangmin, speeches delivered by Sinosteel President Huang Tianwen, and Jilin Government Vice Secretary Luo Dechun, then Sinosteel Chief Accountant Liu Andong and Jilin State-Owned Assets Supervision Vice Director Li Laihua signed on the reform framework agreement.
