On the morning of August 7, 2007, “Sinosteel New Staff Training Conference 2007” was held in Sinosteel headquarter. President Huang Tianwen, Vice Secretary Shao Dianxiang, heads of Human Resources Dept. and one hundred and eleven new staffs attended the meeting.
Hosted by Chen Hua, General Manager of Human Resources Department, he introduced on the collectivity invite applications for this year. Then all the new staffs have made brief self introductions, expressed their nicety wishes to be a Sinosteel people and do their contribution on the development of Sinosteel.
On the conference, President Huang Tianwen delivered an important speech. First, President Huang warm welcomed all the new staffs joined Sinosteel, he started his speech by introducing Sinsoteel, on developing history, organization structure, corporation orientation, and developing goals.
According to the corporation operating development, President Huang Tianwen also brought forward the requirements and hopes to all the new staffs.
Final, President Huang pointed out his best wishes to all the new staffs to make their personal development and ideal into the blueprint of corporation reform development, and display their ability, perform their career, success in tomorrow.
