On the afternoon of September 9, Sinosteel Corporation signed a strategic cooperative agreement with Handan Steel in Beijing. Signing ceremony was held on the same day. Mr He Lin, vice president of Sinosteel, Mr Liu Rujun, president of Handan Steel and responsible persons in related departments of Sinosteel and Handan Steel also attended the signing ceremony.
