On the morning of July the 16th, Sinosteel Corporation signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Zhangjiakou Government. Secretary of the Party and also Vice President Zhang Hanguang, and Zhangjiakou Mayor Zheng Xuebi signed on strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of each party.The establishment of strategic cooperation partnership will make up each other’s shortcomings and realize win-win development between central enterprise and local government.
