On the afternoon of Dec. 20, 2004, Mr Liu Yahong, general manager of Sinosteel Iron & Steel Company, and Mr Tao Zhonghai, manager of Jianlong Steel, signed Sinosteel Iron & Steel-Jianlong Steel (Chengde) 2005 cooperative agreement that exporting 300 thousand tons of steel billet and domestic sale of 120 thousand tons of steel billet. Mr He Lin, vice president of Sinosteel, and the responsible persons in Management and Development Dept. and Accounting and Finance Dept. attended the signing ceremony.
Before signing the agreement, Mr He Lin and Mr Tao Zhonghai held a talk. Leaders from both sides expressed their stress on the strategic cooperative relations that had been established, and affirmed the specific business cooperation between both sides. They also believe that the signing of this agreement mark the new stage of the strategic cooperation. In future, both sides will go along with the cooperating way. In line with the Strategic Cooperative Agreement, both companies will further expand their cooperating scale and fields to promote the development of the cooperative relations.
