In the morning of June 4th, China Development Bank and Sinosteel Corporation Limited held the grand signing ceremony at Ba Fangyuan, Diao Yutai State Guesthouse, marking a new phase of cooperation for the two parties. Chairman Chenyuan, Vice-president Zheng Zhijie of China Development Bank, Chairman Huang Tianwen, Vice-chairman Zhang Hanguang and other leaders attended the signing ceremony.
