During February 27 through March 8, Xu Siwei, Secretary of CPC Party Committee and General Manager of the Joint-stock Company of Sinosteel Corporation conducted intensive survey on several enterprises in Beijing in succession, made a deep insight into the operation and management conditions of the enterprises and put forward guidance opinions.
During the survey period, General Manager Xu paid a visit and extended regards to the employees working in Beijing and held friendly exchanges with them and listened to the report given by the responsible persons of each unit with regard to the work concerning implementing the spirit of meeting of the Group and carrying out overall operation objectives and measures of 2013, etc.. General Manager Xu fully affirmed the efforts and work achievements made by each unit in solving the problems met in development and overcoming difficulties in markets and intensively promoting steady operation. Considering the overall work deployment of 2013, General Manager Xu emphasized that efforts should be made to: firstly, strengthen team building; secondly, initiatively establish a good relationship with customers and actively explore markets; thirdly, intensify the efforts in reform of distribution and performance assessment mechanism; fourthly, reinforce risk prevention; fifthly, intensify management improvement and lastly give full play to the synergistic effect. General Manager Xu expected that everybody could further maintain a spirit outlook of enterprising unitedly and harmoniously, make concerted efforts at all levels，struggling for subsistence through down-to-earth and strenuous efforts so as to do well all tasks in 2013. |
