Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission announced the list of the investing, consulting & assessing organizations authorized by the National Development and Reform Commission (hereinafter referred as investing & consulting list). There are altogether 35 consulting organizations nationwide on the list. Sinosteel Jinxin Consulting Co., Ltd. is enlisted as the only company in the steel industry.
In order to raise the quality and efficiency of the service in investment, consultation and assess and increase the democratic work and according to the related decision on investing system reform issued by the State Council on February, 2004, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) drew up the conducting regulations on investment, consultation & assess authorized by the National Development and Reform Commission. This regulation stipulates: all the project advisory paper, feasible reports and developing & constructing plans in important fields invested either by government or enterprise, examined and verified by National Development and Reform Commission and informed the State Council, should be assessed by the above-mentioned enterprises on the list chosen by the National Development and Reform Commission.
There are over 360 consulting enterprises and organizations all over China taking part in the competition to be enlisted on the investing & consulting organizations, so as to attain the qualification authorized by the NDRC, among which there are dozens of consulting enterprises in steel industry. Examined by the experts, voted anonymously and ratified by the related departments in the NDRC, it was finally decided that 35 consulting enterprises enlisted. Sinosteel Jinxin Consulting Co., Ltd. has been enlisted due to its competent human resources and fine results and influence in the industry.
The enlist of Sinosteel Jinxin Consulting Co., Ltd. not only broadens the business channels, but also deepens the influence in the consulting industry; what’s more, it also lays a good foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise. Due to the strict content specification and standard operation on investment, consultation and assess projects, it requires that all the enlisted enterprises should specify the assessing and consulting business, which is also a promotion for normalization and development of the business in the listed enterprises.
