On January 10, 2005, the key techniques of the 2,130mm width strip continue pickle and cold rolling mill line and parts project tendering and the contract signing ceremony of Ma Steel “Eleventh 5-Year Overall Plan of Technique Reform and Structure Adjust” was held in Nanhu Hotel in Maanshan. On the ceremony, on behalf of the tendering host company—Sinosteel Tendering Co., Ltd., Mr Tianwen Huang read out the winner of the bid, awarded and congratulated the winner group.

Depending on its own advantages and strength and its considerate & sincere service & promise, Sinosteel Tendering Co., Ltd. competed with other four central or local tendering companies to win the agent position for Ma Steel “Eleventh 5-Year Overall Plan of Technique Reform and Structure Adjust” project tendering. The investment of this project is over RMB 20 billion yuan, among which the expected cash is about 700 thousand dollars. The entrusting money of this project exceeds 290 million dollars.
