On the morning of October 11, 2014, Sinosteel Corporation Limited held the 50th conference of the 1st board of directors （BOD）. All directors of the company joined the conference which deliberated and approved the proposals including change of board chairman, appointment of general manager and recommendation of holding the 9th extraordinary shareholders meeting 2014. In the conference, the decision was made that in Sinosteel Corporation Limited, Xu Siwei was elected as the board chairman （legal representative） , Jia Baojun shall leave the position of board chairman, Liu Andong was appointed as the general manager and Xu Siwei shall leave the position of general manager. The conference resolution of the 1st BOD’s 50th conference of Sinosteel Corporation Limited was approved.
In the 9th extraordinary shareholders meeting 2014 held subsequently, Liu Andong was elected as a director of Sinosteel Corporation Limited and the resolution of the 9th extraordinary shareholders meeting was approved.
