On the morning of August 3, Sinosteel Corporation and Songcheng Group signed the strategic cooperation agreement in No.1 Meeting Room in the headquarters of Sinosteel. President Mr. Huang Tianwen and chairman of Songcheng Group Mr. Huang Qiaoling signed on behalf of each party. Vice president Mr. Wang Zhenwu, heads of President’s Office, Management and Development Dept., Investment Administration Dept., Sinosteel Investment Company and Sinosteel Property Management Co., Ltd. also attended the meeting.
On the signing ceremony, Mr. Huang Tianwen welcomed the delegation of chairman Huang. Sinosteel Corporation (abbreviated as Sinosteel) is a central enterprise under the administration of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Sinosteel is mainly engaged in developing, mining and processing of metallurgical mineral resources; trading and logistics of metallurgical raw materials and other related products; conducting research, application and service of metallurgical technologies, etc. It is a large enterprise with clear-defined core business that integrates resources, trade, science & technology and specialized service.
