In the morning of July 29th, Chairman Huang met with New Zealand Ambassador to China Mr. Wu Kaiwen, the two side exchanged views on related issues.
Chairman Huang briefed the guests about the core business, strategic positioning and five main industries of Sinosteel, stating that China and New Zealand have maintained good economic and trade relations, enjoying a good prospect for future development.
Ambassador Mr. Wu Kaiwen briefly introduced the bilateral relations between China and New Zealand and the conditions of New Zealand domestic political situation, economic and social development. Ambassador Mr. Wu Kaiwen expressed that New Zealand government is willing to reinforce the cooperation with sinosteel, providing supports and contributing to the healthy and steady development of Sinosteel’s business in New Zealand.
Second Secretary New Zealand Embassy Mr. Xu Jiangming also accompanied the visit.
Before the meeting, the guests also visited Sinosteel Exhibition Hall.
Vice-president of Sinosteel Corporation Limited Mr. Jiang Hong and GM of relevant function of Sinosteel also attended the meeting.
