On the morning of Sep. 17, Chairman Huang Tianwen met with the delegation led by Mr. Zhang Shaochun, mayor of Liu’an, Anhui Province at Sinosteel Headquarter; the two parties exchanged views on further cooperation.
Chairman Huang briefed the guests about Sinosteel’s historical milestones, five main industries, strategic cooperation and the taken measures in combating the global financial crisis. Chairman Huang stated that Sinosteel is willing to further enhance the cooperation with Liu’an, contributing to the win-win development of the two parties.
Mr. Zhang Shaochun introduced the advantages of Liu’an City in terms of resource reserve and stated that Liu’an attaches great importance to the cooperation with Sinosteel.
Before the meeting, the guests visited Sinosteel Exhibition Hall.
Deputy mayor Mr. Zheng Yuhua and other related leaders accompanied the visit.
Vice-president Li Yi, Wu Yongsheng of Sinosteel Corporation Limited and related heads of the functional departments attended the meeting as well.
