On the afternoon of the 5th September, Chinese Academy of Engineering President Xu Kuangdi inspected Sinosteel. Leaders of Sinosteel Huang Tianwen, Zhang Hanguang, Li Zhimin, Shao Dianxiang and Liu Andong met with the delegation.Accompanied by leaders of Sinosteel, President Xu Kuangdi and his entourage visited Sinosteel exhibition room. President Xu is an authoritative specialist on the national iron & steel industry; he keeps concerned on the national iron & steel industry with deep sensation. Then the delegation also visited Sinosteel informationization machinery-room.
After the visit, the two parties had a formal meeting. On behalf of Sinosteel, President Huang warmly welcomed President Xu and expressed his sincere gratitude for taking time out of his busy schedule. He introduced Sinosteel’ s developing history, enterprise structure, operating performance, development strategic, five industries, developing goals, social responsibility, capital running and so on.
After listening to the introduction, President Xu also delivered a speech and declared his guidance opinion.
President Huang expressed that Sinosteel will actively fulfilled related work and further upgrade its influence and competitive.
The entourage also including Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and also President of China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group Gan Yong; Secretary-General of Chinese Academy of Engineering Bai Yuliang; and Qian Zuosheng, Secretary of President Xu.
