On the morning of the 3rd September, the framework agreement signing ceremony of Sinosteel merging Guangxi Bayi Ferroalloy Group Co., Ltd. was held in Nanning of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.After the signing ceremony, President Huang and his group went to Laibin for visiting Fenghuang industrial garden and Bayi Ferroalloy Co, and then met with leaders of Laibin Government.
During the visit in Guangxi, Secretary of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Guo Shengkun met with President Huang and his group. He warmly welcomed to the investment of Sinosteel in Guangxi; and expressed that with better resources environment, metallurgy industry is one of the core programming industry in Guangxi; the government will support the metallurgy industrial development of Sinosteel in Guangxi. President Huang expressed his sincere gratitude to the support by Guangxi Government and introduced the basic condition and the achievements on development in recent years of Sinosteel; he hopes the establishing of the merging agreement will be the turning point for further expands on the cooperation with Guangxi Government. After the meeting, Secretary Guo held a banquet for the delegation.
