From October 30 to 31, 2007, Vice President Li Zhimin led a delegation inspected Xining, capital city of Qinghai Province, had a formal meeting with Qinghai Vice Governor Luo Yulin, Xining Vice Mayor Yao Lin and heads of related departments. The delegation inspected Xining Economic & Technical Development Zone and Shiying Mine, and also inspected Sinosteel Qinghai Ferroalloy Co., Ltd. Heads of Development and Management Dept., Legal Affairs Dept., Sinosteel Mining, Sinosteel Jilin Ferroalloy, Sinosteel Qinghai Ferroalloy, and Sinosteel Jilin Electro-Mechanical also took part in the inspection.
