On September 26th, Sinosteel Corporation and China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation entered into a strategic cooperation agreement in No.1 meeting room of Sinosteel Head Quarter. President Huang Tianwen and Tang Ruoxin, General Manager of Sinosure, signed on the agreement as representative of each party.
On the signing ceremony, President Huang Tianwen warmly welcomed General Manager Tang Ruoxin and his delegation. President Huang mainly introduced the present overseas investment project, emphasising that along with the continuous development in overseas business, the cooperation between Sinosteel and Sinosure would become tighter. General Manager Tang pointed out that Sinosure was willing to support all the businesses of sinosteel from all-around aspects. He also required that the related departments of Sinosure should give support and assistance to Sinosteel in overseas investment and export of whole set equipment, and lend a hand in need through providing risk management advice and solutions.
On the signing ceremony, Sinosteel Shipping & Forwarding Company, Sinosteel Mecc and Business Office of Sinosure counter-signed a 3-party cooperation agreement on the credit and insurance for export of Sinosteel Mecc.
Sinosteel vice-president Dong Zhixiong and people in charge of President’s Office, Accounting and Finance Dept., Management and Development Dept., International Cooperation Dept., Sinosteel Trading Company, Sinosteel Raw Materials Company, Sinosteel Mecc, Sinosteel Shipping & Forwarding Company etc. attended the signing ceremony.
