Sinosteel Co., Ltd. held the Ceremony for Signing 2013 Performance Assessment Responsibility Statement

    In order to strengthen the assessment-oriented incentive role, vigorously promote the reform and development of Sinosteel, promote the implementation and completion of various work objectives of Sinosteel in 2013, the whole operation team of Sinosteel Co., Ltd. has signed the 2013 performance assessment statement across the company to perform the concrete responsibilities in work. The ceremony for signing the performance assessment statement was officially held in the headquarters of the company on the afternoon of March 15. Leaders of the joint-stock company such as Chairman Jia Baojun and General Manager Xu Siwei and exterior directors of the joint-stock company attended the signing ceremony. 

     In the ceremony, Chairman Jia Baojun who was on behalf of the board of directors and General Manager Xu Siwei who was on behalf of the operation team signed the Achievement Assessment Responsibility Statement of 2013; General Manager Xu Siwei signed the Operation Achievement Assessment Responsibility Statement of 2013 with GMs of each business departments and operation and management center;major leaders of the joint-stock company respectively signed the Management Performance Assessment Responsibility Statement in 2013 with deputy leaders, assistants of GMs and associate chief engineers of the joint-stock company;responsible leaders, assistant of GM and associate chief engineer of the joint-stock company respectively signed the Performance Assessment Responsibility Statement of 2013 with each functional department including the attached institutions .  

     Chairman Jia Baojun emphasized that currently, the company was at the crucial stage of turning loss into gain, reform and development , and vast number of employees of each enterprise should take the signing of the responsibility statement as a chance, vigorously promote the entire achievement assessment mechanism of Sinosteel to become more perfect and comprehensive, realize the assessment idea of “breaking down the indices, conveying the pressure, ascertaining the responsibilities and spurring the impetus at all levels” ,  fully get to know the positive guiding role of signing the responsibility statement , mobilize in real sense the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the responsible persons and each employee of the enterprises at each level so as lay a solid foundation for guaranteeing the smooth realization of the objective of turning loss into gain, reform and development in 2013.
