Zhang Jinghua, member Party Committee of Sinosteel Corporation, Deputy General Manager of Sinosteel Corporation Limited, and Lu Pengcheng, Deputy General Manager of Sinosteel Corporation Limited accompanied Xu Siwei respectively, in investigation.
Xu Siwei and his party have made site inspections on the production units, including Forging &Casting Company of Sinosteel Hengyang Machinery Co., Ltd in Baisha industrial park and Equipment Company as well as Metal Processing No.2 Subsidiary in old industrial area, etc..Then he had an formal discussion with the leading group of the company. Xu Siwei has affirmed the performance of the leading group in uniting and leading the whole staff to actively promote the reforms and relieve difficulties. In the meanwhile, he also emphasized that Sinosteel Hengyang Machinery Co., Ltd has come to a critical period for reform and difficulty relief. The leading group shall take the lead, build strong confidences, and confront difficulties and changes. Especially, in this critical difficult period, the leading group shall give full play to the Party’s role as fort and Party members’ role as exemplary vanguard; further strengthen the construction of the Party's working style and governing integrity; strengthen 'two responsibilities'; pay close attention to the safety of production to ensure that no major accidents occur; adhere to the principles of people first and caring staff and take measures to ensure the stability of core and cadre staff; focus on the job of coordinating development.
Under the sapping heat, Xu Siwei and his party made a site inspection on the Technical Center of Hunan Special Metal Materials Factory and major production lines, such as mangano-manganic oxide, detailedly inquired the current production and market demands, held an formal discussion with the leading group, and listened to reports about business management, corporate restructuring, future development and party building, etc.. Xu Siwei has affirmed the feature “small but excellent” of the Metal Materials Factory. He emphasized that the Factory shall take the opportunity of “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” to promote party construction and production management; focus on exploiting the superiority of talent and technic to diligently realize the 'multiplication plan'; accelerate the restructuring of enterprise to create better conditions for long-term development.
During their investigation in Sinosteel Hunan Co., Ltd, Xu Siwei and his party have visited the working area, greeted the staff, held a staff meeting, interactively communicated with the staff and also listened to their opinions and suggestions for the future development of the company. In his summary speech, Xu Siwei has affirmed the management operations of Hunan Company in recent years, especially its performance in the three asset recovery work and praised the fighting spirits of all staff in the face of difficulties.
