A few days ago，President Jia Baojun and Party Committee Secretary Xu Siwei paid a visit to Li Ruogu, the president of EIBC. Liu Andong, Deputy General Manager of Sinosteel accompanied the visit.
President Jia Baojun appreciated EIBC on behalf of the group for its long-term continuous support to Sinosteel Corporation in implementing the strategy of “going out” to develop mineral resources, and introduced the overall conditions and the conditions about recent reform and development adjustment of Sinosteel and the conditions of relevant overseas mineral development projects of Sinosteel. Faced with the austere and complicated domestic and foreign economic situation, Sinosteel Corporation made the plan in a proactive and extraordinary way, refined the deployment of a series of work, so as to ensure steady operation. General Manager Jia and Party Committee Secretary Xu respectively expressed that they hoped EIBC could further grant them support in policy and expressed that through the joint efforts of all Sinosteel people，Sinosteel would surely overcome the difficulties and create a new situation of reform and development.
President Li Ruogu looked back the development history of cooperation between EIBC and Sinosteel Corporation and put forward good suggestions and ideas with regard to the development of overseas mineral resources of Sinosteel. Li expressed that EIBC would continue to support the reform and development of Sinosteel Corporation as always and joint efforts with Sinosteel to overcome difficulties and cooperate well in developing the overseas mineral resources project and create benefits and cash flow as soon as possible to make the new profit growth point of Sinosteel.
