GM of Sinosteel Hengyang Heavy Mechine Co, Ltd Zhang Yaoming, Vice Director General of Hengyang National Land Bureau Liu Yunding sign on the National Land Usufruct Remising Contract representing two sides.
Deputy Director of SASAC Shao Ning attend the ceremony and addresses a speech. He points out that the cooperation between central enterprise and local enterprise is a great measure to deepen reforms of SOE and optimize the layout and structure of national economy, and it is also an important way to consolidate SOE as well as boost the impact, competence, domination and driving force of national economy. He congratulates on signing of this cooperative agreement and appreciates the efforts and achievements on the way to cooperation.
As a respond to the strategic disposal of “speeding up the development of western China” advanced by central party and State Council, and in accordance with the requirement of “cooperation between central government and Hunan local enterprise” brought out by SASAC, the series of agreement are outstanding achievement based on mutual research, active communication and joint efforts.
