On the afternoon of September 24, Sinosteel Corporation signed a strategic cooperative agreement with Xiangtan iron and steel group co., Ltd. (hereinafter will be refered as XISCO) in Beijing. The signing ceremony was held on the same day. Mr Tianwen Huang, president of Sinosteel Corporation, Mr Lin He, vice president of Sinosteel, Mr Huiquan Cao, General Manager of XISCO and the responsible persons in the related departments of Sinosteel and XISCO also attended the signing ceremony.
