On the morning of June 10, President Huang Tianwen met with the delegation led by Mr. Mike Evans, Chairman of Goldman Sachs Asia L.L.C, both parties exchanged views on the issues of strengthen their cooperation.Firstly on behalf of Sinosteel, President Huang warmly welcomed the delegation led by Mr. Mike Evans. He said that Sinosteel has its unique industrial advantages, rapid promote on its market influence and competition. Goldman Sachs is a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a worldwide. The business development between both sides have strong complementary, especially on the fast development of overseas mineral resources, which provide broad space on cooperation. President Huang expressed that with constantly expansion, Sinosteel hopes expand the business cooperation with Goldman Sachs, so as to realize mutual beneficial development.
Mr. Mike Evans expressed his admiration for the achievements made by Sinosteel on its fast development. He hopes further strengthen on the understanding, and discuss on the cooperation betweeen both sides. Goldman Sachs would like to provide long-term quality service for Sinosteel on financing, merger and acquisitions counseling, co-investment and so on.
