On the morning of February 20, Chairman of China Development Bank Chen Yuan and his entourage visited Sinosteel Corporation Limited. Chairman of Sinosteel Corporation Limited Huang Tianwen met Chairman Chen Yuan, both parties exchanged in-depth view on the issues of bank-enterprise cooperation in all-round for a financial cooperation agreement on the amount of 30 billion Yuan, which reached a preliminary cooperation intention.Chairman Huang Tianwen stressed that Sinosteel has kept a good cooperation relationship with China Development Bank for years, which laid a good foundation for the closer relationship between the two parties. He also hopes China Development Bank will further carry on its support to Sinosteel on finance, and establish a long-term cooperation relationship between both parties.
Chairman Chen Yuan expressed that it is pleasant cooperation between Sinosteel and CDB, with good results on specific cooperation, outstanding performance, and prospects for further cooperation between the two parties. He also analyzed current international and domestic economic situations and stressed the importance of China national economic long-term sustainable development on energy sources and mineral resources. CDB will further consolidate, expand and strengthen on the cooperation with Sinosteel, Sinosteel will be the most important cooperation partner to CDB on international business development, CDB will support the business development of Sinosteel in relative areas, promote the cooperation between two parties into a new phase of more comprehensive, more deep and closer.
Before the meeting, accompanied by Chairman Huang Tianwen, Chairman Chen Yuan and his entourage visited Sinosteel exhibition room and informationizaiton room in high spirits.
The entourage also included Vice President of CDB Zheng Zhijie and heads from related departments and branches.
Sinosteel Corporation Limited Vice Chairman Zhang Hanguang, senior management, heads from related departments and specialized companies also attended the meeting.
