On the morning of August 25, 2005, president Mr. Huang Tianwen met Zongheng Shareholding Company chairman & president Mr. Yuan Boren, Handan Zongheng GM assistant Mr. Sun Xiang, Beijing Zongheng chairman Mr. Wu Qiang and GM Mr. Ge Jiang in Sinosteel Meeting Room.
First, Mr. Huang welcomed chairman Mr. Yuan Boren, briefly introduced the current managing development and overseas resources exploration, and expressed the satisfaction to the cooperation after the signing of the cooperation agreement between Sinosteel and Handan Zongheng. He hoped that both parties discuss the problems exist through cooperation on the basis of mutual benefit and win-win. On the former cooperation, Sinosteel would like to consolidate, develop and expand the cooperation relationship together with Zongheng.
Chairman Mr. Yuan Boren introduced the general situation of Zongheng Shareholding to president Mr. Huang Tianwen and expressed his gratitude to the support from Sinosteel. With the advantages from Sinosteel, Zongheng would exert its own advantages to promote the strategic cooperation relationship and the specific business cooperation and realize co-development.
Vice president Mr. Dong Zhixiong, heads from Management and Development Dept., Sinosteel Trading, Sinosteel Iron & Steel and Sinosteel Shipping also attended the meeting.
