On the morning of March 23, Sinosteel Corporation and Antai Group Co. Ltd. signed strategic cooperation agreement in the headquaters of Sinosteel.On the signing ceremony, Mr. Tianwen Huang, president of Sinosteel, expressed his warm welcome to the delegation of Mr. Anmin Li, chairman of Antai Group, and introduced the management of Sinosteel. Both sides reached a common view on strategic cooperation and the prospective development in the discussion. They would wish to utilize each other’s advantages, improve and expand the mutual uninterrupted business cooperation and establish long-term, stable and all-round strategic cooperative relations.

Besides, Sinosteel Trading Company signed Long-Term Iron Ore Purchase and Sales and Processing Trade Cooperation Agreement with Antai Group.
