After the visit, a discussion was held between the two parties. During the discussion, deputy general manager of Chengde Steel Mr. Wei Hongru introduced Chengde Steel developing history, equipment manufacture, base construction and its developing plan during the 11th 5-year plan. Afterwards, vice president Wang and chief accountant Liu also introduced Sinosteel’s development and changes and the achievements in overseas resources development, domestic resources development, domestic acquisitions and mergers and business operation. They expressed the wish to communicate with Chengde Steel for co-development. Personnel from Sinosteel Investment also attended the meeting.
