On October 24, 2006, the Fourth China Employee Forum was held in Beijing, which was fronted by China Enterprise Confederation, China Enterprise Directors Association, do jointly by International Labour Organization and International Employer Organization. Vice-Chairman of General Office, National Committee, Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Chairman Chen Jinhua of China Enterprise Confederation, China Enterprise Confederation, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Labour and Social Security. PRC, State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, All China Federation of Trade Unions, International Labour Organization, and all the related leaders attended the Opening Ceremony and awarded.China Enterprise Confederation, and China Enterprise Directors Association fronted the judging task, each province, municipality, directly under the jurisdiction of Enterprise Confederation, Enterprise Directors Association, Nationally Enterprise Group, State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, those units who directly under the State-Owned Enterprises, were developed election activities of harmonious labour excellence relationship enterprises, judged by specialist, examined and approved by Board Chairman of China Enterprise Confederation, finally there were ninety enterprises won the title of Harmonious Labour Excellence Relationship Enterprises included Sinosteel Corporation, and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd.
On the congress, Vice Secretariat Shao Dianxiang as the representative of Sinosteel Corporation represented a speech, which called Founded Harmonious Labour Excellence Relationship, Improved Enterprises Competition, and Realized Enterprises Development, then introduced Sinosteel experiences in Founded Harmonious Labour Excellence Relationship.
