On the morning of March 21, Chairman Wan Jifei from China Council for the Promoting of International Trade leading a delegation inspected Sinosteel. Sinosteel Vice-President Dong Zhixiong, Secretary Yang Yaqin of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Vice Secretary Shao Dianxiang of the Party held talk with Chairman Wan in room 3811 Sinosteel headquarters. The purpose of this trip is to see how the operating development, developing level, internationalization management and the difficulties and problems in the course of “Go Global”.
Vice-President Dong Zhixiong welcomed the delegation on behalf of President Huang Tianwen. He introduced the strategic orientation and collectivity operating development of Sinosteel. Especially introduced the history of Sinosteel’s “Go Global” that launching successful overseas mineral resource projects. Vice-President Dong said Sinosteel have been started regarded to utilize of the two kinds of resources by national and overseas since the eighties of last century, increase the overseas resource exploitation power. The operation of Australian channel iron ore project and South African chrome ore project, those who offered the resource guarantee to the national iron & steel industries. He also introduced the freshly achievements made by Sinosteel in the operation of South African Samancor chrome ore project, Australian MIDWEST iron ore project, and also the following resource project in related countries and regions. Furthermore, Vice-President Dong introduced Sinosteel’s equipment manufacture and technology those have rich experience in going abroad for international competition.
For the difficulties and problems in the course of Sinosteel’s “Go Global”, Vice-President Dong introduced on three points of view.

He said, from this trip, he saw the successful development made by Sinosteel, and gained a lot from the introducing of the achievement and experience in Sinosteel’s “Go Global”. For the next step, CCPIT will support Chinese enterprises in “Go Global”. He wished Sinosteel’s flourishing, grandness, and further refulgences.
Before the meeting, Chairman Wan Jifei visited Sinosteel exhibition room accompanied by Vice-President Dong Zhixiong, Secretary Yang Yaqin of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Vice Secretary Shao Dianxiang of the Party.
