From October 30 to November 3, 2007, accompanied by Chief Accountant Liu Andong, Vice Chairman of SASAC Huang Shuhe led a delegation to pay a visit to India. During the visit to India, the delegation visited all central enterprises in India, India Central Enterprise Standing Committee and India State Construction Co.
