On the morning of the 28th July, the ground-breaking ceremony of new heavy metallurgical equipment manufacturing base of Sinosteel Hengyang Machinery Co., Ltd. held in Hengyang Baishazhou Industrial Garden of Hunan Province. Vice Governor of Hunan Gan Lin; Secretary of Hengyang Municipal Party Committee Zhang Wenxiong, Mayor Zhang Ziying; Vice President of Sinosteel Li Zhimin attended the ground-breaking ceremony, delivered their addresses, and lay the foundation. There were nearly 800 people from domestic or overseas attended the ground-breaking ceremony, which including cooperation partners, construction units and staffs from Sinosteel Hengyang Machinery Co., Ltd.On the afternoon of the 27th July, Secretary of Hengyang Municipal Party Committee Zhang Wenxiong, Mayor Zhang Ziying met with Vice President Li Zhimin and his group.
Before the ground-breaking ceremony, Vice President Li Zhimin and his group went to the production mill and expressed sincere greetings to staffs of Sinosteel Hengyang Machinery Co., Ltd., then delivered a keynote speech.
