October the 29, Mr. Zhang Dejiang, Chinese Deputy Prime Minister of China together with Mr. Ilir Meta, Albanian Deputy Prime Minister, witnessed the purchase contract signing ceremony between Sinosteel and Albania Chrome Ore Co. Ltd. and its parent company DCM. Mr. Li Rongrong, Director of SASAC, Mr. Xiao Yaqing, Deputy Secretary-general of the State Council and other related leaders accompanied Mr. Zhang Dejiang to the ceremony.
Mr. Gong Jingsheng, Vice-president of Sinosteel Corporation Limited, and the leader of Albania Chrome Ore Co. Ltd. and its parent company DCM signed the contract on behalf of the two parties.
