On the morning of March 16, 2005, president Huang met Mr. Derek Williams, the executive vice president of Oracle Corporation, Asia Pacific and Japan, in the headquarters of Sinosteel. Mr. Huang introduced Sinosteel strategic developing thought and the general tentative plan and aims of its information construction. Sinosteel would like to promote the mutual strategic cooperation partnership on the basis of the successful running of Sinosteel ERP. Mr. Williams expressed his gratitude for Sinosteel adoption of Oracle-ERP software and extended the sincere cooperation attitude and the wish to further cooperation with Sinosteel.
Both sides expressed the wish to communicate more often, exchange experience, promote cooperation, to ensure the successful running of the first session of Sinosteel ERP Project with the installing side and to do the utmost to build Sinosteel ERP solving plan so as to enable it become an “example project” for domestic large comprehensive group enterprises.
