On the afternoon of December 24, President Huang Tianwen met Luo Yang delegation led by Vice Secretary of the City Committee Li Xingtai. Both parties reviewed the cooperation history between Sinosteel and Luoyang Government, and also exchanged ideas on the issues of further strengthen cooperation, realize mutual development and common issue.Luoyang SASAC Chairman Tang Chao also accompanied on the visit.
