Mar. 19th, CCOIC 2010 1st Council was held at Sinosteel headquarters. The meeting was organized by China Chamber of International Commerce and co-organized by Sinosteel. Chairman Huang Tianwen hosted the meeting. Mr. Chenyuan, chairman of National Development Bank, Mr. Li Ruogu, president of China Export-Import Bank etc. and more than 40 representatives attended the meeting.
